As we launch the SPANPartner program, we believe that strong partnerships are built on transparency, accountability, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
Rather than ending this gathering with conversation alone, SPAN is making a clear commitment to our partners for the year ahead and ask that all SPANPartners take the time to build your own pledge to the SPANPartner program.

1) Our Defining Commitment for 2026SPAN pledges to provide a real-time, published measurement system which will include measurement of defined deliverables and aligned core value.
2) Measurable Standard of AccountabilityThe system will be published and available to each partner’s leadership with the goal to highlight successes and provide immediate opportunities for improvement.
3) Partnership Support RequiredTo deliver on this commitment, SPAN will work closely with our SPANPartners to ensure alignment in expectations, communication, and coordination. We ask our partners to engage openly with the system, participate in constructive dialogue, and collaborate with us to continuously improve the way we deliver projects together.
4) Field Impact StatementHow this commitment will improve onsite safety, schedule reliability, and quality: SPAN believes the system will improve the overall team’s performance and provide a measuring system to clearly define what success looks like.
